Fund RC-Investments, the investment platform of theRoscongress Foundation and the Iran Chamber of Cooperatives signed an agreement in Moscow.
Alexander Shatirov, Director of Fund RC-Investments and Bahman Abdollahi, President of Iran Chamber of Cooperatives have signed the agreement.
The agreement was signed to intensify collaboration between representatives of the business communities of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Russian Federation in trade and economic cooperation.
«The active participation of the Iranian business community both in international events and in joint Russian-Iranian projects indicates the interest in the development of practical bilateral cooperation. We should improve the mechanisms of economic interaction between our countries and strengthen business ties,» noted Alexander Shatirov.
The sides also exchanged views on the current state of Russian-Iranian trade, economic and investment cooperation and discussed promising directions to expand interaction.
«We want the relations between our countries to be stable and comprehensive in the areas of economy, trade, politics, culture, and others. We want to strengthen the bilateral ties in all areas that are beneficial for our two countries and our two peoples. I am confident that the SPIEF 2022 will help maintain and improve the positive development dynamics between our countries,» said Kazem Jalali, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Russian Federation.
It is worth noting, that the Roscongress Foundation and a number of Iranian organizations, including the Iran Chamber of Cooperatives and the Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture, have already signed agreements in the past. Thus, the meeting also discussed the need to prepare the regulatory framework so that entrepreneurs of both countries can use it to develop trade and economic relations.
