Vladimir Putin sends greetings to participants of EEF 2026

President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin has sent greeting to the participants, organizers, and guests of the Eastern Economic Forum, which will take place in Vladivostok from 1 to 4 September. The EEF is organized by the Roscongress Foundation with the support of the Government of the Russian Federation.

The President noted that over the years the Forum has established itself as a platform for open and constructive dialogue among business leaders, government officials, and members of the expert community. It has also become a unique venue for discussing the strategic development of the Russian Far East and the country as a whole, while fostering and strengthening mutually beneficial partnerships with counterparts from the Asia-Pacific region in logistics, industry, energy, and many other sectors of the economy.

“The theme of this year’s Forum is ‘The Far East: Development for the Benefit of People’. I am confident that EEF participants will put forward effective solutions aimed at creating new opportunities for business, improving the quality of life for our citizens, and making Far Eastern cities and rural communities more comfortable and more modern. I also trust that the ideas presented at the Forum will be translated into ambitious and promising projects,” Vladimir Putin said.
